Monthly Instalments

If you elect to pay five or more instalments we are required to issue the student with a Credit Agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974. The Credit Agreement will be issued upon their Direct Debit application being processed to the students University email address accessible via their my.bham portal.  They will be required to read and return the email following the instructions carefully. It is essential that this is completed by the student even if they are not the person making the payments.
